I looked a 2019 discussion on a similar issue but that does not apply. I had all local files on a mac book, but recently started using a dell desktop and found the majority of pdf are not synced (and thus can't be downloaded or viewed on the new desktop app.) I can locate the file on my old mac, but it's not stored online even I have a lot of available storage. Please help.
