Report ID: 1544003590. Can not sync

My zotero can not sync recently even when I reinstall it. I thought it might be that my storage is out so I upgrade my storage, but it still does not work. The report Id is 1544003590. Any suggestion and advice is much appreciated.

    You don't say what the actual problem is, but if you're referring to a "Request timed out" error during syncing, that would be a problem with your internet connection.
