my citations are incosistent
hi everyone, i need urgent help!!
my citations despite selecting "Harvard citation" (cite them right 12 edition" and refreshing it several times is inconsistent.
some of the citations appear as (Author name et al, date)
example:
Eisenbeiß, S.A. and Boerner, S. (2013) ‘A Double‐edged Sword: Transformational Leadership and Individual Creativity’, British Journal of Management, 24(1), pp. 54–68. Available at: https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1467-8551.2011.00786.x.
Eva, N. et al. (2019) ‘Servant Leadership: A systematic review and call for future research’, The Leadership Quarterly, 30(1), pp. 111–132. Available at: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.leaqua.2018.07.004.
please let me know how to fix the ones that are inconsistent? appreciate your help.

thanks for your feedback, Harvard citations mentions all authors with a comma after each one without using et al, like the first example.
however, in the second example it does not mention authors following the first one which makes the citations throughout the body and reference list inconsistent.
