Buenas tardes. Este es mi ID 2017292960. Aunque tengo instaslado el Zotero y me aparece en Word no puedo utilizarlo, aparece un diálogo que informa que Zotero no puede conocectarse con Word.

    What's the exact error you're receiving? Does it work in a new, empty document?

    And there are no errors in the Report ID you provided. Be sure to provide a Report ID after the problem occurs and before restarting Zotero.
