Error: A problem for the sync from computer A to computer B

I couldn't open articles on Zotero even though I did sync from computer A to computer B following support (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing)...
I would be glad if anybody tell me why and how to solve this problem.

    I still have a popup which says,

    "Attachment not found at the following path:

    C:\Users\Sakahon\Zotero\storage...

    If a file has been moved or deleted outside of Zotero or added on another computer, it may not yet be in sync with zotero.org."

    Then I checked files on Zotero folder, but I could not open the folder.

    Do I need to install the special driver or something for Zotero on computer B?
