Upgrade StorageIn text citations in the Word Doc are Linked to the Wrong Citation in the References Section in Word
Please take a look at the pics attached. The text shows Reference #2, however, when I go to my Bibliography (References Section), the actual reference is #11. Can you please help? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Word plugin and Zotero. I've tried deleting and re-adding the Bibliography.

The actual ASB citation would be an active citation somewhere else in the document that you added after the existing citations were flattened. I'm afraid you'll need to reinsert the flattened ones (or revert to a document from before this happened).
Toggling Word field codes may help you figure out what's still an active citation. (I'd also be curious what you see for that "[2]" after toggling field codes.)
