I am trying to save a PDF from ScienceDirect but for some reason I keep getting this error: "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information." I have saved more from science direct and I have acces to the PDF but I cannot figure out why I get this error. Does anyone know why this occurs?
