Zotero saving webpages instead of PDFs

I just started running into an issue using zotero connector and chrome where anytime I try to save a file (from arxiv for example) to zotero, it is saving it as a link to the webpage instead of the actual PDF. It used to save the PDFs directly so I am not sure what changed or how I can change it back.

    We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're not getting a PDF on arXiv, we'd want to see a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the page and trying to save.

    You're saving to a library that doesn't allow files. As the owner, you can change that from the group settings.
