sync of my library was working fine and suddenly it stopped working for a lot of papers. I have not moved any folder or anything, it just stopped working overnight.

    Zotero seems to be installed in some unusual location — I guess for "Microsoft Application Virtualization" — that's breaking the login manager that handles sync credentials. Assuming this is an institutional computer, you'll need to talk to your IT department.
