Ris not importing due to wrong file type?

Hi! Apologies if this is already answered somewhere, but didn't see anything at first. I'm attempting to upload a source to Zotero using an RIS file. Usually when I double click it automatically opens in Zotero, but when I'm trying with this file, it says the file type isn't supported. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this? It looks as though other RIS files in my downloads are working fine, just this specific one is giving me issues.

    Likely means it's just not valid RIS. Have you opened the file in a text editor and looked at it? I'm guessing it's going to be obvious, but if you paste the first ~20 lines here we'll also likely be able to tell you what's wrong.

    RIS has to start with a TY - tag, it's unintelligible without.
