"master library" consisting of individual library

Hello everyone,
At our institute, we want to set up a "master library" consisting of the individual libraries of the employees. As soon as an employee changes something in their private or project library, the master library should also be synchronised. It should also be possible to enter additional citations in the master library.
All employees have their own account, but should also have access to the master library.

Is this possible with Zotero? I couldn't find anything to this topic...

    Not possible, no. It'd probably be possible to script something (i.e. a tool monitoring the Atom feeds of the individual libraries and pushing changes to a main library) but that at least wouldn't be trivial to do.
    FWIW, you could get to something close-ish by either
    a) Just have one big group library with people working in individual collections or
    b) Everyone having their own group library as admin, everyone else being subscribed to all group libraries as members, and having member editing/adding turned off.
