add annotation for special words by Javascript

Suppose there is the text "Does anyone have an updated style for this journal" in a PDF or epub file (only the one). Use zotero to open the file, then search for the text "Does anyone have an updated style for this journal", and then add annotation and set the color is "blue"

Can this kind of operation be done using javascript? If possible, can you provide simple javascript code?

@martynas_b I want to develope a javascript script running in [zotero-actions-tags](https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-actions-tags). but it seems very difficult.
