Article PDFs not uploading in web version or for other group member

I am uploading PDFs to a group library on the desktop version and they seem to be loading fine (e.g. the metadata is correct and I can open the PDFs). However, they are showing up as web links when I try to access them through the online version, and the same thing is happening when the other group member tries to access the PDFs. The group settings are correct, and I just purged my storage so I have plenty of space. I've tried deleting and re-uploading the papers. I know there are similar threads, tried their suggestions (e.g. changing settings, clearing up storage) and still no luck!

I worked through these steps, other than the debug, and still nothing. Any other advice out there?

Why leave out the debug steps? Step 5 on the linked page would be relevant. Make sure to follow it closely.

Also, there was no need to purge your storage here. You're not the owner of the group, so your storage quota doesn't affect the uploading of files to that group.

But yes, we can't help further without the info we ask for on the linked page.

If Device A is a computer, check that file syncing is enabled in the Sync pane of the preferences
