    Please don't paste the contents of reports here. All we need is the Report ID, which you already provided.

    But I responded above, and at this point there's nothing else we can say. You'll need to respond to what I said.
  • I just reproduced it in Troubleshooting Mode,and the report has gone. so what should I do? delet all the plugins?
  • You can re-enable your plugins one by one and restart Zotero after each one until you find the one that's causing the problem.

    there is a new problem when i am trying to re-enable the plugins it shows "unresponsive" .
