Win11系统word运行整合报错误

在word里想导入文献，点击Add后显示“Zotero整合错误，Zotero无法加载与文字处理器通信所需的组件。在Zotero中转到工具→附加组件→扩展，并确保已启用文字处理器的扩展。”
自己尝试了两种办法，其一是将Zotero兼容性改成win7，然后勾选以管理员运行；其二是在Zotero中点击附加组件，选择Windows那个组件选项点击disable然后再点击restart。以上两种方法均无效

    Make sure your version of Zotero is up to date. Then make sure that the Word Integration plugin is enabled in the Zotero add-ons dialog. Finally, make sure both Word and Zotero run as the same user (neither as administrator), without any compatibility modifications. If it still does not work, provide a restart Debug ID
