'Library Catalogue' field

What is the 'Library Catalogue' field meant to contain? Is there are prescribed set of values it can take? I see that imported articles with their metadata filled out have this field's value set to 'DOI.org (Crossref)', but what exactly does this mean and how does it affect behaviour? What alternative values can it have?

    It's the source of the metadata and, where included, the PDF. For the most part this is just for troubleshooting/remembering where you got something from (it's more meaningful when you use the web connector, of course; PDFs will almost always either say DOI or Zotero), but there are a couple of styles that use this where the style requires to list the database an article was obtained from.
