You mean in the middle pane of the desktop app? You can't. Given how Zotero's GUI is laid out, I'm also not sure how that'd even look (you have limited space for making columns wider -- full titles would easily take up the whole screen width -- the screen UI doesn't wrap text and shrinking font size is super awkward and also only goes so far).
