Google Docs Zotero stopped working
Hi all,
I've been using Zotero in this particular doc for years (it's a manuscript), and my colleagues and I have been working on it actively for the past few days. It was working fine until today. Now, when I try to add a citation, either nothing pops up (none of the Zotero drop down buttons work), or alternatively (depending on the last time I restarted my computer), it opens once, but cannot finish progressing, and stays on the green bar. Then, curiously, all of the spaces in my document start to flash green. The Zotero chrome integration is now not working in a brand new google doc, either. I have restarted my computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled the Zotero Chrome integration and my Zotero desktop. I've also tried using Zotero in a Word document, and in google docs on Firefox, and it is working nowhere. My Zotero is up to date. We don't have an absurdly large amount of references (it's about 6 pages in double-spaced APA style. I attempted to create a Debug log: D308887.
Any advice or help you can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!
Ashleigh

You edited a citation by accident to include only a space, and on Google Docs it has to scan the document for each space because of that. See what I say there to fix.
This wouldn't be related to the new document, though — for that, it's likely that Zotero is just busy/stuck because of the first document and you need to restart it and reload Google Docs.
