We always need an example URL (or, for sites without permalinks, exact steps to select the right database, reproduce the search, and/or get to the record) for problems with saving.

Here is an example for me, where it only saves a Snapshot of the webpage.

COuld you also post a a sample URL as well as debug from the Zotero connector? The example mjthoraval posts above works for me.
