Citing statement on UN News

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know how I would cite a statement by Antonio Guterres published on UN News? Can I attribute it to Guterres, and if so how? If not, should I just create a website entry and cite UN News? Both don't seem entirely good.

    You could treat it as an interview.

    I'd cite this as a webpage or newspaper article with UN News as as publication/website and then built Guterres into your text, so e.g. in author date:
    As UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres remarked, "“Iraq is demonstrating with enormous commitment that responsible repatriations are possible" (quoted in UN News 2024).
