    Have you done anything unusual to your Zotero data directory (e.g., setting up the storage folder as a symlink/alias)?

    Have you tried restarting your computer?

    Windows 11, version 23H2
    I've tried restarting the computer and reloaded Zotero but nothing help.
    I can't make sure if i have set up something wrong with my zotero data directory. If i have done something unusual,how can i find out the problem?

    If not security software, it's not impossible this could be due to malware. Something just seems to be preventing Zotero from saving any files to your Zotero data directory.

    If all your Zotero data is in your online library, you could try just deleting your data directory completely, restarting Zotero, and syncing to pull down all data, which will create a new data directory. You could also try in a new Windows user account.

    It seems like i delete all of my data directory and then it works. The error may due to my operation according to a Zotero tutorial.
    However, i can't make sure that deleting my data fixed it or not. Because i also did something else counting on that to help.
    My english is suck. I hope I made it clear.
