I received this message when trying to insert a citation into a Word document:
"Zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled."
I checked the Extension dialog box and found that the Add-on *is* enabled. I also reviewed the documentation on "Using the Zotero Word Plugin" and "Installing the Zotero Word Processor Plugins" and did not find anything that appeared to be relevant.
Any suggestions?
