Zotero cannot properly cite references in Word

There is an error in using Zotero in Word, which prevents proper citation of references. Regardless of which button is clicked, only the same content appears. How can I handle this issue?

    You're clicking Insert Note (or clicked Insert Note previously and haven't closed this dialog yet). Close that dialog by pressing Esc and then click Add/Edit Citation.
