Upgrade StorageDeleted groups still showing in my online storage quota.

I deleted some old groups to get below the 300mb quota, but these are still showing in the list of online collections using up storage. They are no longer named, but still have the dash and size. I've tried syncing, and resetting sync history.
e.g.
Animal Behaviour - xx mb
How Plants Work - xx mb
- xxmb
- xxmb
Introduction to Bioinformatics - xxmb
100% of quota
