Article or Paper number information in Journals or Conference Proceedings

Some journals and conference proceedings do not use page information, instead they use article or paper numbers (see an example bellow with Art.32 information).

Nadai, Eva & Maeder, Christoph (2007). Negotiations at all Points? Interaction and Organization [53 paragraphs]. Forum Qualitative Sozialforschung / Forum: Qualitative Social Research, 9(1), Art. 32, http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs0801327

I tried to use the page field (for both journal and congress articles types) however the page descriptor (e.g. "pg.") is added.
Are we supposed to use some specific field to input this information?

Sorry if this question was already addressed. However, after extensive search, I could not find any post related with this question.

Thanks in advance.
  • not easy to do.
I thought it might have been possible to test if page is numeric, but that doesn't work, apparently.
You could probably hack something with loc. in archive, but that doesn't seem elegant to put it mildly.
