Error when trying to add citation in Word document

When attempting to insert a citation, a pop-up message displays, indicating that Zotero encountered an error while updating the document. It offers the option to view troubleshooting instructions. After clicking 'OK', I follow the provided instructions on the landing page, but despite trying everything, none of the solutions seem to resolve the issue.
