google Docs doocument doesn't connect with Zotero

My google Docs document isn't connecting with the Zotero connector either in Firefox nor in Chromium. I can't refresh or edit, the links disappeaed.

Could you open the developer tools (Cmd-Option-I) in a Google Docs document, switch to the Console tab, paste in

document.querySelector("#docs-save-indicator-badge .docs-icon-img").className

and post the output here?

Could you also submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation in the document?

Can you update to the latest beta for Firefox, restart Zotero, reload Google Docs, and provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation?

You should submit a Debug ID from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector. Also make sure it's an attempt to insert a new citation. Do you see this problem in a new document?

Ok, the Debug ID from Zotero is D365437413 when trying to insert a new citation.

If you see the problem reappear let us know and submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector without restarting the browser.

There seems to be an unrelated outage from Google servers at the moment.

Have you an idea, how long it will need and if I will have to insert citations manually?I have to finish my thesis tomorrow.

I'm afraid we have no idea. As far as we know this started within the last few hours. I'd expect it to be resolved soon.
