Zotero 7 beta freezes in the settings panel

Every time I open settings panel, after second or two Zotero freezes completely (beachball spinning forever). Same moment, the menu bar “shortens” – most options disappear, with only Zotero button left. Only solution is to force-quit the app and, well, avoid opening the settings panel. Happens every time, even in the troubleshooting mode.
I tried to collect some logs, but during the freeze the debug window becomes unresponsive as well – so no luck in copying/sending anything useful.

Update: just found that opening the settings is NOT an action triggering the freeze – it happens only when I open – or just hover over – the "Export" settings on the left. Sorry I didn't notice that previously, had to have the export settings selected during last use or something...

I believe external translators come mostly from the Better BibTex plugin, so maybe I should report this to its developer as some sort of the compatibility issue...

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
