Connector for Firefox can't be installed

I can't install teh Firefox Connector, it says that it is broken.

    Where does it say "it is broken"?

    What Operating system?
    What did you do to get the Connector?
    What version of Zotero and Firefox?
    Did you try first restarting Firefox, Zotero, etc.?
    Could you be not seeing the Zotero import icon in your browser bar - in a new place?

    Say more, please.
