Adding Italics Within Titles! A Guide
How to add Italics in Titles!
I am not sure if this counts as a discussion, but I haven't found a concise explanation of adding italics within titles, and I didn't really understand anything anyone was saying in the posts I did find or the documentation. So here is the TL;DR.
1. Make your entry. Go to "Title" (Here is an example of a book section/chapter):
I Love Zotero: An Analysis of John Smith's Zotero Diaries
2. I want to italicize ONLY "Zotero Diaries." So I will change the title to:

Now only "Zotero Diaries" is italicized when I make my bibliography or footnote! :)

Zotero Diarieswill work just fine. The official guidance is here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/rich_text_bibliographyThe plugin has great shortcuts for sentence case, normalizing punctuation, and chemical formula subscripts, but it would be even better if it supported other rich text formats like bold, italics, or underline.
Right now, I have to add those manually, which is a bit of a pain
- **Shortcuts**
- Superscript: `Ctrl` + `Shift` + `+`
- Subscript: `Ctrl` + `=`
- Bold: `Ctrl` + `B`
- Italic: `Ctrl` + `I`
- Nocase: `Ctrl` + `N`
