Upgrade StorageCannot see Zotero in Word
[Split from Z7 beta thoughts]
I also cannot see Zotero on my Word, even though I followed all the steps to make it work (re-install from Zotero ; copy the zotero.dotm in the Word STARTUP ; search in the Completments from Word).
Actually, Zotero doesn't appear in the Complements, even when I research it... So that is weird too.
Can someone help me please?

It sounds like you've done various things, but see Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear and the platform-specific steps linked from there, and if you're still having trouble, let us know exactly what you tried, in your own words, and what happened at each step.
