Zotero not saving Heinonline PDF

Having trouble saving PDF using chrome plugin. I login using my library credentials and usually it downloads when I click the plugin. But now it Won't download the file. It was working until a few days ago.

Any updates on this issue? It's happening to me as well, not sure if this is the same issue but I only experiencing it when I'm at home and logging into Hein through my library's proxy (not when I'm on campus and the proxy is unnecessary).

Could you post a debug ID from Zotero (not the connector) for importing from Hein?

Just flagging that this is happening to me on multiple computers, so it's not just something wrong with one particular computer.
