[Z7 Beta] Small aesthetic issues with KDE Plasma

Hi all,
I'm using Zotero with KDE Plasma and noticed a few tiny aesthetic issues after the redesign. I'm not sure if it's possible (and, honestly, worthwhile) to fix them, but maybe someone has advice how to change KDE Settings to resolve them.

1.) In Plasma (and, IIRC, also other linux DEs) you can choose to display the window controls on the left side of the Window. Zotero doesn't seem to respect that setting (and I guess it wouldn't really fit the design). I'm using the Window AppMenu plasmoid, so when maximized I see the Zotero window controls twice, once in the upper Plasma panel, once in Zotero (see https://i.imgur.com/A2ETeKH.png)

2.) Zotero doesn't use the global menu. I know that Firefox doesn't either, so I guess that's not easy to fix.

Yes, thanks — we're looking into better compatibility with some of the more, let's say, eccentric DEs and window settings.

    Yeah, probably not, I'm afraid.
  • Eccentric? There's dozens of us, dozens!

But I appreciate you looking into it!
  • I've noticed another small thing: On a system where I'm using a very light accent colour, the white Zotero font is quite hard to read: https://i.imgur.com/o2pR9ZU.png
