Citekeys are not found in Zotero during the .md to .odt conversion
I write the paper in Obsidian and convert it to .odt, with Zotero integrated into LibreOffice. Everything worked great before but suddenly stopped.
I use the command
It used to be that I simply refreshed the .odt file and all the citations appeared, but now I get this response in the terminal:
And so one listing the cite keys. However, I've checked those cite keys in Zotero, and they're there, as is the style.
My .odt file displays cite keys simply as text ([@bischoffIntestinalPermeabilityNew2014] etc.).
Please help! I use all the latest Bibtex, Pandoc, Zotero.lua and Zotero Beta.
I use the command
pandoc -s --lua-filter=zotero.lua -f markdown -t odt /home/nikita/Documents/Obsidian\ Vault/Antipsychotics.md -o /home/nikita/Desktop/antipsychotics.odt
It used to be that I simply refreshed the .odt file and all the citations appeared, but now I get this response in the terminal:
