Do not show subfolders

Hi,
I am wondering if there are any methods for not showing the subfolders.
My library has the following structure:
Folder A
--Folder A.1
----Folder A.1.1
--Folder A.2
----Folder A.2.1
--Folder A.3

When I click on Folder A, all the subfolders including Folder A.1.1 will show up. Can I just show Folder A.1, Folder A.2, and Folder A.3 when I click on Folder A?

Thank you for help. Have a great day.
  • It opens as you had it the last time you opened it. I am not aware of a way to automatically collapse all folders of a particular level, but it can be quickly done with your left-arrow key on A.1, A.2, and A.3. The right-arrow will open them back again.
  • You can click in the collections list and press "-" on the keyboard to collapse all collections.
  • Thank you for the reply!
  • This is much like a 2018 discussion, and yes, it works! I have hundreds of "collections" in my library and many sub-folders, and scrolling time is burdensome. I now just highlight the library, press - and the library closes along with all folders and sub-folders! Yay!
