Upgrade StorageAdd/Edit Citation not working in Word

Same for me. I was using Zotero on Windows for some time and one day it stopped working. I press 'Add/Edit Citation', Firefox window flashes for some reason but nothing happens in Word. No 'hidden' field under the Word window or anywhere. Neither existing documents nor new documents work. Is it my IT department messing things up or is it some new Zotero update?

adomasven Zotero TeamYou should begin by reinstalling the Zotero Word plugin from Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors. Make sure to restart Word after that. If it does not help, try Manually Installing the Zotero Word Processor Plugin
