Hi all am attempting to recollect all my bibliographies and files that I have have stored on my windows Zotero App. I can see each of the files and folder using Zotero online but not on the specific app. This is useless as even though I have Zotero extension for word, it does not link to any of my Zotero files when adding citations/ creating a bibliography.

I have attempted to sync my files from my account to this new downloaded version of Zotero but nothing happens. I can see in the trouble shoot option that I can restore my files from a back up. There are accompanying instructions to go through the advanced section, but this tab is not appearing on my version of Windows Zotero. I have checked I have downloaded the most up to date version of Zotero. How do I access all my Zotero citations within my Zotero app so that I can use the citations function within word?
