Zotero add-on available in word even though enabled in zotero app

The Zotero documentation says the app should automatically include the add-in to word but I cannot find it anywhere. I can see that the add-on to Mendeley is available, but when I search zotero in the Microsoft store for add-ons it is not there. How can I add the add-on to word?

See Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear, and if you're still having trouble let us know exactly what you tried, in your own words, and what happened at each step.
