Account not syncing after auto renewal

I've tried syncing my account on multiple devices without success, and it appears that my account storage was not not upgraded to unlimited during the auto-renewal process (10/08/2023). I have the receipt from Zotero and have confirmed the charge on my credit card was posted on 10/10/2023.

  • Sorry about that. There were some API issues that caused your subscription update to not reach all our systems. It's now been updated with the missing time credited.
