I encountered a sudden crash in Zotero while making a citation in Word. This issue persisted afterwards. I tried restarting the computer and reinstalling, but the problem was not resolved. Moreover, the situation has now escalated to the point where any action taken after entering may cause an immediate crash, even when running as administrator. What can I do?
