Hello, i am using word with a 488 page document that i am trying to unlink citations for. I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. also how do you know if the citations are unlinked?

It should show you a confirmation prompt when you click Unlink Citations. After that the operation might take a while. How long have you waited?

If you're not sure if it's working, restart Zotero, click Unlink Citations, make sure you get the prompt, say OK, and then let it go.
