word plug-in problem

Please, can somebody help me with my issue. Word Zotero plugin still does not appear even if I did all necessary steps - reinstalling in Zotero preferences. I can see the add ons in Zotero and it is enabled. I would like to avoid manual installation. I have to note that I use Zotero for a long time without problems and right now, from unknown reason, I cannot see word plugin.

    Manual installation is really the only next step in that situation -- what's the problem with doing that?

    I have worries because this note "Note that, if you rely on manual installation, you may run into problems later due to the plugin in Word becoming outdated, so it's better to figure out why automatic installation isn't working (e.g., security software blocking the installation or an incorrect Word Startup folder location) and fix the underlying problem." I think I am not so skilled to find the problem. So, I will try manual installation.
