With the advances of Zotero's note-taking and writing functions, especially through BetterNotes, I find myself wishing I could get a word count on standalone notes where I'm writing initial drafts. Does anyone know of such a capability? Macro maybe? Or might someone be able to create this functionality through a plug-in?

Am I the only one who wants to count their words without having to leave the interface and c/p to another program?
