"web library" page blank

Just a "z" in the middle of the screen. Am I missing something obvious?

    This screen should only appear for a second or two before the web library appears, if you see it for extended period of time, try reloading the page.

    If it still persists, please let us know the following:

    * Do you see any errors in browser console
    * How many collections (roughly) does the library contain (if it's counted in thousands then loading might take few more seconds, there should be a progress bar though)
    * What browser/OS are you using?
  • Also, try with all browser add-ons disabled (in particular, if you have security/privacy related add-ons that block javascript, that'd be an issue)
  • I think the problem is security features on my browser, which I can't control. Is there an app or plugin that will allow me to sync to the web? Thanks for your help!
