MLA: single quotation marks?

In the MLA 9 handbook, when there are several works by the same author, the works appear in italics, or between quotation marks if they have a container.

I have my plugin set to Zotero 9, but I get single quotation marks instead.
Maybe something to change in the CSL, no?

Quotation marks are localized. I'm guessing you have the locale set to British English

Do you mean in the word processor?

In Zotero itself?

I have a similar issue, but the location element is greyed out so that I can't switch it.

I would like to have British usage of single quotation marks: my Word processor, Windows computer, etc. are all set to UK English, but the SBL 2nd citation style that I'm using only seems to allow English US.

How can I change that setting to get localised quotation mark usage?

Open the style, in the first line you will find "default-locale="en-US"". Change that to en-GB.
