Zotero experienced an error updating your document in Google Docs

    Hello -- I'm having the same issue. I try and add a citation and get the error "Zotero experienced an error updating your document." I have tried different citation/bibliography styles, different citations (in case it was the citation that was damaged), and nothing has allowed me to add a citation. I have also followed all the troubleshooting tips here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents

    I have rebooted and made sure both chrome and zotero are their most updated versions, I have tried making a copy of the document, etc. I've tried all of it and it is not working. Any advice would be most appreciated, thank you!

    I just commented about a similar thing but my comment hasn't shown up yet. The report ID i'm referring to is: 151542717

    Does it happen in a new document? Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt that fails?
