'Rename File from Parent Metadata' not working in Zotero 7.0.0-beta.39+ecba25be0

Hi, the automatic naming of pdf files when imported from Google Chrome has stopped working since I upgraded to Zotero 7, and the 'rename file from parent metadata' function has also stopped working. Not sure if this is something that I have done in settings or a problem with the new version of Zotero? Thanks.

The text that you see in the central pane on the child items is the Attachment Title. It is the first field that you see in the Item Pane on the right. It is different from the Filename, shown just below in the Item Pane.
