Missing Zotero Tab in word and Zotero.dotm file

JESIKOV
Hi all. I have been troubleshooting this for days. I have a Mac, and recently my Zotero tab disappeared from my word. I have tried to redownload Word and Zotero. I know a lot of the other forums have suggested manually adding in the Zotero.dotm file to the word add ins but my Zotero.dotm is missing. I also don't seem to have a Zotero.app folder which according to the troubleshooting instructions, I should have. Super strange!

I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing has seemed to work. Any suggestions?

See Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear, and if you're still having trouble let us know exactly what you tried, in your own words, and what happened at each step.
I also don't seem to have a Zotero.app folder which according to the troubleshooting instructions, I should have.
Zotero.app is literally the Zotero application in the Applications folder. If you have the Zotero app, you have Zotero.app. It won't show ".app" in Finder with default settings.
