Upgrade StorageProblem of File Sync
Hi,
my name is Alex, I have an account with unlimited storage at Zotero, and I have a problem with the synchronization of my files. I didn't synchronize my files for 3 weeks (I do it manually usually, because doing it automatically makes my zotero slows down when I am working sometimes, and these days I forgot). When I wanted to re-synchronize everything from the past three weeks, Zotero seems to have difficulty to follow and closes down without synchronization.
Would it be possible to help me ? I would really need your assistance here. I checked my subscription was indeed including unlimited storage and that my files were not on the web library.

Can you provide a Report ID?
It's all good in the end : there was a lot to synchronize, and because it was taking a lot of hours, I thought something was wrong.
Everything is perfect now, sorry for the disturbance.
