Word Plug-In
When I bought a new computer I had to redownload the Zotero software. I logged in and the library loaded just fine, but the plug in for Microsoft Word is not working. I have the 2019 Student version on my computer. How do I get the Word plug-in to work?
I have tried the steps in the troubleshooting section of the website. They directions/steps are incredibly hard to follow and to be honest, it isn't working. What do I do?
PS. Why can't they just frickin have a real person to talk to?

In the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences, open the Word Processors tab, click “Install Microsoft Word Add-in” or “Install LibreOffice Add-in”, and then restart your word processor.
